Jargogle is a delightful word to use to describe a big jumbled mess of things. Have you ever jargogled your words or felt like your brain was a jargogled confusion? Jargogle seems to composed of the words jargon and garbled. Garbled jargon – easy to remember jargogle!
Jayus is an Indonesian word that means a joke so unfunny and poorly told you can’t help but laugh. For example, did you hear about the Italian chef who died? He pasta-way!
Jouska is a hypothetical conversation you compulsively play in your head. Replaying an argument saying the right words to win or the wrong ones to lose. A psychological batting cage. We all do it & it’s ok, but it’s healthier talk to someone.
Jeremiad is a long, mournful complaint or lamentation; a list of woes; or angry tirade. In modern times it would be a long ass hissy fit. From ecclesiastical Latin Jeremias, referencing Jeremiah in the Old Testament.

Kafkaesque is experiencing a disorienting, confusing, nightmarish quality; a surreal moment that may feel threatening. For example, getting a registered letter from the IRS. Uh oh.
Kairosclerosis is the moment you realize that you’re currently happy but you consciously overanalyze it until it slowly dissolves. From the Greek kairos, or “the opportune moment” and sclerosis, meaning “hardening.”
Karma formally means destiny or fate. The spiritual principle of cause and effect where intent and actions determine fate. From the Sanskrit karman ‘action, effect, fate’. Informally it means “let’s see how the fuck you like it.”
Kilig is the sheer exhilaration you get when you are attracted to someone or anticipating a romantic encounter. It is like the butterflies you get in your stomach. It comes from the Tagalog meaning ‘a thrill’.
Kopefkino is a German word that literally translates to a cinema in your head. It’s when you have an inner visualization of how events will unfold. From Kopf (head) + Kino (cinema)
Korinthenkacker is an insult to describe an anal-retentive person who obsesses over small, petty things. It translates to “raisin-pooper.”

Lachrymose is a word that means tearful or given to weeping. From the mid 17th century Latin lacrimosus, from lacrima meaning ‘tear’.
Lenity is kindness and gentleness towards others. From the Old French word lenite, or from Latin lenitas, from lenis‘gentle’.
Letholigica - Ever have moments when you can’t think of a word or a name? It’s on the tip of your tongue and you think really hard but just can’t pull it out of your brain? This is called lethologica. From the Greek lēthē for ‘forgetfulness’ & logos for ‘word’.
Lanspresado is someone who never shows up with money. A scrimshank is someone who never does their share of work. A blatherskite is someone who talks on and on without making any sense. A wazzock is a complete & utter idiot.

- We have AEIPATHY which is an enduring passion that is all consuming.
- CAFUNE is the act of running my hands tenderly through your hair.
- OPUS is the intense feeling I get when looking deeply in your eyes.
- When I touch your face gently it is called COMMUOVERE & it stirs up feelings that can move me to tears.
- When you lean in and touch your tongue to mine the French kiss we share is known as GALOCHER.
- The heat rising from our kiss is CALESCENT.
- The butterflies in our stomachs are called KILIG. My imagination of what is coming is VORFREUDE
- And it makes me tremble or AQUIVER.
