There is a Word For That Feeling.
You are not alone
ADRONITIS - the feeling of frustration when you realize how long it takes and how difficult it is to really bond or get to know someone.
ALEXITHYMIA - the inability to identify and express or describe one’s feelings.
ALL-OVERISH - a vaguely uneasy, slightly indisposed feeling.
AMAE - a Japanese word for leaning or relying on another person’s help or goodwill.
ALYSM - the feeling of restlessness, frustration and boredom that comes from being sick.
AWUMBUK - a word from Papua New Guinea that describes an emptiness after visitors depart.
BRABANT - describes a desire to see how far you can push someone.
CALLOSITY - the lack of feeling or capacity for emotion.
CHEROPHOBIA - the feeling something bad will happen if you experience pleasure or joy.
